Consortium Law · Income Projections & Forecast

Steady-state monthly income projections and a twelve-month forecast for Consortium Law's two case-acquisition lanes and its SaaS layer. Case acquisition is funded by general company capital; this sheet models the income those acquisitions produce.

v1 · 2026-07-23
§ 01 · Structure

Two acquisition lanes, one firm, one recurring SaaS layer.

Consortium Law acquires cases through two distinct lanes — an in-house MVA lane processed by Day-Law, and a third-party lane sourced by Consortium and processed by an external trial firm. Both lanes are funded upfront by general company capital. Revenue flows back into the firm as cases resolve. A parallel LAD SaaS layer contributes recurring monthly revenue independent of case acquisition.
Consortium Law · Case Acquisition Lanes funded by general company capital In-House MVA Lane 40 cases / month ≈ $2,500 acquisition cost / case processed in-house by Day-Law Third-Party Lane 5 cases / month $20,000 acquisition cost / case sourced by Consortium, processed external ≈ $660,000 / mo 40 cases × ~$16,500 firm net ≈ $825,000 / mo 5 cases × ~$165,000 Consortium net
§ 02 · Lane detail

In-house MVA and third-party sourcing operate on independent cadences.

In-House MVA Lane · Day-Law

Volume acquisition, in-house processing.

  • Volume40 cases per month, steady state.
  • SourcingConsortium marketing and intake channels.
  • Firm Net~$16,500 per case, blended.
  • Cash Timing6–24 months from acquisition to fee collection.
  • Steady State~$660,000 / month · ~$7.92M / year.
Third-Party Lane · External Trial Firm

Selective sourcing, external trial processing.

  • Volume5 cases per month, steady state.
  • SourcingConsortium-sourced, referred to external trial firm.
  • Consortium Net~$165,000 per case, blended.
  • Cash Timing18–36 months from acquisition to fee collection.
  • Steady State~$825,000 / month · ~$9.9M / year.
§ 03 · Economics

Steady-state monthly and annual forecast.

Steady state assumes both acquisition lanes fully ramped and the SaaS layer live in Q1 2027. Year-one totals reflect a partial ramp on the third-party lane (Months 2–12) and a partial SaaS contribution.
Lane Monthly Volume Per-Case Net Monthly Income Annual Income
In-House MVA Lane Company-funded case acquisition · 40 cases / mo · in-house processing by Day-Law 40 cases ~$16,500 ~$660,000 ~$7.92M
Third-Party Lane Company-funded case acquisition · 5 cases / mo · external trial firm processing 5 cases ~$165,000 ~$825,000 ~$9.9M
LAD SaaS Layer Recurring subscription revenue · outside the case-acquisition lanes · Q1 2027 live ~$60,000 ~$720K
Combined Steady State 45 cases + SaaS ~$1,545,000 ~$18.54M
Year-one partial ramp is expected to land near ~$17.8M: the in-house MVA lane runs the full twelve months (~$7.92M), the third-party lane phases in over Months 2–12 (~$9.075M), and the SaaS layer contributes a partial year (~$0.8M). Fee collection lags case acquisition — roughly 6–24 months for the MVA lane and 18–36 months for the third-party lane. All figures are steady-state modeling estimates and are not guaranteed.
